CALL
CENTRE
The
cost of lines, installation and calls will be charged at cost.
Staff
will be charged at just 50p per minute of actual call time (only timed when talking
to your customers) plus the cost of any training required for them to
deliver a quality service to you.
There
will also be a monthly service fee of £300 per line to cover the cost of
corporate services (rent, computers, general support etc).
The minimum contract period will be for three months. These contracts cover 8.00am to 6.00pm. Additional hours are charged at £30ph for manning and call costs are not monitored.
STOCK AND STORAGE
Warehousing and unmanaged stock holding is charged at a simple basic price of 25p per Cubic foot per week. For this, you deliver the consignment and have full responsibility for it's life!
Managed stock and warehousing – 63p per cubic foot per month, though this option is usually only available to clients using our full service delivery package.

TOTAL FULFILMENT
This
must be connected with the managed stock option and it
is impossible to simply create a price list as every proposition
is different.
Different types of product with different anticipated order volumes and different requirements in terms of speed of delivery necessitate individual consultations, the presentation of an offer to the client and the development of an agreed service delivery specification, price being just one aspect of the contract.
The only certain assurance we can give is that MYCO LOGISTICS services are priced to ensure that establishing your own in-house service is rarely, if ever, cost effective.
